Introduction
Antonmed RV/GM Antigen Test Cassette is a rapid immunochromatographic test designed for the qualitative detection of Rotavirus (RV) and Giardia lamblia (GM) antigens in stool specimens.
By combining two important gastrointestinal pathogen targets in one test cassette, the RV/GM Combo Test provides a convenient solution for rapid screening when infectious gastroenteritis is suspected.
The test is designed for rapid testing without the need for dedicated laboratory analyzers, making it suitable for professional diagnostic settings, clinics, laboratories, hospitals and other healthcare environments, subject to the applicable intended-use and regulatory requirements.

Key Features
2-in-1 Gastrointestinal Pathogen Detection – Detects Rotavirus and Giardia lamblia antigens in a single cassette.
Rapid Immunochromatographic Test – Based on lateral flow immunoassay technology.
Stool Specimen – Designed for testing fecal samples.
Two Target Lines – Separate test regions support the identification of RV and GM results.
Simple Operation – Requires sample extraction and application to the test cassette.
No Dedicated Analyzer Required – Designed for visual interpretation of test lines.
Compact Cassette Format – Easy to handle, package and distribute.
OEM & Private Label Available – Suitable for customized diagnostic product programs.

The test is based on lateral flow immunochromatographic technology.
After the stool specimen is processed with the supplied extraction buffer, the prepared sample is added to the sample well of the cassette.
The sample migrates through the membrane by capillary action. If the corresponding target antigen is present, it reacts with specific antibodies or reagents incorporated into the test system and produces a visible line in the corresponding test region.
The cassette includes a control line to indicate that the test has been performed correctly and that the sample has migrated through the test device.
