Introduction
Antonmed TOXO IgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid immunochromatographic test designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of IgG and IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) in human specimens.
By combining IgG and IgM detection in a single cassette, the test provides a convenient screening solution for identifying antibodies associated with Toxoplasma infection. The cassette format enables visual interpretation without requiring dedicated laboratory analyzers, making it suitable for professional diagnostic and screening applications, subject to the applicable intended-use and regulatory requirements.
Antonmed also supports OEM and private-label solutions for distributors, importers and IVD brands.

Key Features
IgG & IgM Dual Detection – Detects and differentiates anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgG and IgM antibodies in one test cassette.
Rapid Immunochromatographic Assay – Based on lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology.
Dual Test Lines – Separate IgG and IgM test regions provide differentiated result interpretation.
Simple Visual Reading – Results are interpreted through visible control and test lines.
No Dedicated Analyzer Required – Designed for visual qualitative testing.
Convenient Cassette Format – Integrated sample well and result window simplify test operation.
Multiple Specimen Options – Product configurations may support serum, plasma and/or whole blood according to the validated product specification.
OEM & Private Label Support – Branding, packaging and labeling options can be discussed for qualified customers.

IgM Antibodies
IgM antibodies may appear relatively early following infection. Detection of anti-Toxoplasma IgM can therefore provide information relevant to evaluating a possible recent infection. However, IgM interpretation should be performed carefully because IgM may persist for an extended period in some individuals.
IgG Antibodies
IgG antibodies generally develop following exposure and can persist for a long period. The presence of anti-Toxoplasma IgG may indicate previous exposure to T. gondii.
