Test Principle
According to the colloidal gold immunochromatographic test principle, the nitrocellulose membrane is coated with FSH monoclonal antibody 2 and goat anti-mouse IgG antibody, the colloidal gold conjugate pad is labeled with FSH monoclonal antibody 1. When the concentration of FSH in the sample is equal to or higher than the limit of detection, it binds with the colloidal gold labeled monoclonal antibody to form a complex. When it reaches the test line region, it reacts with the coated antibody to form a complex, a colored line equal to or stronger than the colored line in control line region appears in the test line, which indicates a positive result. When the concentration of FSH in the sample is lower than the limit of detection, the test line weaker than the control line region or no colored line appears in the test line region, which indicates a negative result.
No matter whether the samples contain FSH or not, a colored line will always appear in the control line (C) region if the test has been performed properly.
