Introduction
Antonmed CMV IgG/IgM Dual Rapid Test Cassette is a lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of IgG and IgM antibodies to Cytomegalovirus (CMV) in human specimens.
By combining IgG and IgM detection within a single cassette, the test provides a convenient screening solution for CMV antibody status without requiring dedicated laboratory equipment.
The compact cassette format is suitable for clinical diagnostic settings, reproductive health and TORCH-related testing programs, healthcare distributors, and OEM/private-label IVD product portfolios.

Key Features
Dual IgG/IgM Detection – Detects and differentiates CMV IgG and IgM antibodies in one test cassette.
Rapid Lateral Flow Assay – Based on chromatographic immunoassay technology.
Simple Operation – Designed for straightforward specimen application and visual result interpretation.
No Analyzer Required – Results can be visually interpreted according to the Instructions for Use.
Clear Test Configuration – Dedicated IgG and IgM test regions help distinguish different antibody responses.
Multiple Specimen Options – [Serum / Plasma / Whole Blood, according to actual product specification].
Individual Packaging – Individually sealed cassettes support product protection and convenient distribution.
OEM & Private Label Available – Custom branding, packaging and labeling can be developed for qualified customers.

What Does the CMV IgG/IgM Test Detect?
The test targets two antibody classes:
CMV IgM
CMV IgM detection can provide information related to an immune response to CMV. A positive IgM result may be associated with recent infection, but IgM alone cannot establish the timing or stage of infection.
CMV IgG
CMV IgG indicates the presence of antibodies against CMV. A positive IgG result may reflect previous exposure or infection.
Because antibody interpretation can be complex, CMV IgG and IgM results should be evaluated together with the patient's clinical history and other laboratory findings.
